Being a single mom is hard, especially when you have set expectations of what you and your childs life would be like and it turns up totally opposite. God finds a way to show up in your life when you most need it whether it be during prayer, through a complete stranger or by his word. And I thank you for showing up when I needed it most. God bless all the single mothers trying to make it day by day... This prayer gave me hope and faith and motivation. I am 20 years old, born again Christian, my baby girls dad is always in and out of Jail he wasn't there when she was born, her first birthday or second birthday due to being in jail or treatment. I quit high school when I was pregnant and just recently went back to graduate to make a brighter future for my baby. I tried to make it work with her dad for her sake so she can have a dad, but w/ him in and out of jail its hard to make ends meet and I just get hit in the face, now were split and he lives far away she always ask me where her dad is and it kills me. I ask him for help but he would rather spend his money on partying and alcohol. I have my own apartment, car, job, with a high school diploma and trying to get into college. I need prayer because recently it feels like I'm losing control, and get into my old bad habits before I had my baby. Joyce
