I lost my Mother-in-law of 35 years this year. My Mother is loosing her memories and.....I miss her too...tho she is no longer the person we know, I am still happy to treat her with tenderness and patience, and can find peace with her while she is still here, I am blessed to be able to have this time. And just when I thought that was about enough, my contentious daughter-in-law who I think believes they are not suppose to like the Mother-in-law, has stopped me from seeing my only 2 grand babies, its been 5 months now, this has hurt me worst of all. I had to look up and see if a person could really die of a broken heart, as I was having serious physical symptoms I never had before, and sure enough there it was, in the old days a person could go into such despair that the walls of the hearts lining could get thin over time and personal neglect and have a heart attack. This has brought me to my knees. I am happy to have found your site and hope to find some way to....get through this all. Thank you. Karen I lost my Father 2 years ago, how I miss him.
